Check-in was frustrating since the front desk was closed, and I had to call for assistance. Upon arrival, I found out that our room keys stopped working the next day, which meant another trip to the front desk. Additionally, staff walked in on me while I was changing, which felt very awkward.

Ope, I gotta say, the air conditioning was a lifesaver after a day of shopping! The staff was super nice too, helped me settle in right away. Only thing, them pillows were a bit firm for my liking. Really liked how everything felt fresh and new!

My kids wished we had more towels for our stay.
